Terms and Conditions

1. Payment must be made through the website at the time of ordering. Once payment is received, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time, or if you have chosen the fitting option, we will confirm this with you.

 

2. The tyre ratings shown on our website are for reference only, as stock frequently changes. Please contact us prior to ordering for the exact ratings of our current stock
 

Delivery of Tyres

3. Free delivery is available within a 10-mile radius of Grimsby, covering the North-East Lincolnshire area.
 

4. One delivery attempt is included for free. Any additional delivery attempts will incur a £20 re-delivery charge.
 

5. All deliveries must be signed for or photographed and will be left as agreed. We are not responsible for any issues that arise after delivery.
 

5. It is the customer’s responsibility to order the correct tyre sizes and ratings. If an exchange is required, a £20 admin/re-delivery fee will apply.
 

6. All tyres are delivered in new and undamaged condition. We are not liable for any damage caused during or after fitting due to improper installation.
 

7. Prices cover the cost of the tyres and delivery only.

8. If you choose to have your tyres fitted by Tyreman in Grimsby, please select this option when ordering. An inclusive tyre and fitting charge will be shown

9. Although we  will do our best to honour the time slot you have pre-booked, during busy times, we cannot guarantee this.
